ECB are Extra Bucks that print out at the bottom of the receipt when you make the purchase at CVS with their Extra Care Card (rewards card). The card is free. The Extra Bucks that are printed out on your receipt can then be used to pay for anything else (with exceptions of Rx items, gift cards, etc) at the store. They expire one month after they are printed.
